Qualifications of Staff

• Qualification as “Qualified Person” in accordance with Article 15 (1) AMG (Medicines Act, Germany))
• Official expert on control tests of pharmaceuticals in accordance with Article 65 (4) AMG (Medicines Act, Germany)
• Authorized in accordance with Article 44 IfSG (Infection Control Act, Germany)
• Authorized expert for testing of disinfectants according to the DVG, DGHM/VAH (German Association of Veterinary Medicine and the German Association for Hygiene and Microbiology/Association for Applied Hygiene)
• Publicly appointed and sworn expert for hospital hygiene
• Authorized for training of expert pharmacists for pharmaceutical analysis
• Authorized for training of expert veterinarians for microbiology

Responsible inspecting authority:
Center for pharmaceuticals monitoring Bavaria at the government of Upper Bavaria.
